How to play: Select a case, investigate clues, submit your answer

Step-by-step guide

1. Select a case: Browse the case board and choose a case that interests you.
2. Read the briefing: Review the case file to understand the product context, the metric drop, and recent changes.
3. Investigate clues: Enter the investigation room and explore evidence from different sources. You can unlock up to 4 clues per case.
4. Form hypotheses: Use the hypothesis notebook to document your thinking as you investigate.
5. Submit your answer: Once you've gathered enough evidence, submit your root cause analysis and proposed fix.
6. Review feedback: See if you solved the case correctly and learn from the PM feedback.
